Investigating

A degradation in the performance of the Splunk APM metrics processing pipeline is causing Monitoring MetricSets to be dropped. Trace data ingest is not impacted, but service, endpoint and workflow dashboards, and other charts and detectors built from Monitoring MetricSets are impacted.
